The power cover plate mold is mainly made of polypropylene plastic and is molded by injection molding machine. The production of power cover plate mold has the advantages of strong toughness, no deformation, high brightness, high density, low damage rate. The general specification of this mold is 1 meter long, 50 cm wide, and the thickness is basically about 5 cm, relatively thin. The power cable cover plate mold has the advantages of convenient mold assembly and removal, stable after mold assembly and no slurry leakage.

Types of power cover mould

One is U-shaped structure, the other is E-shaped structure. In order to better meet the construction requirements, it will also be designed as a separate and integrated style. However, the mold style of the power cover plate is relatively simple, which is mainly rectangular in appearance, and the only change is the design of the inner wall pattern. The mould of the power cover plate is rectangular and designed with a bottom. Put the steel mould of the trench cover plate on the vibration platform, put the mixed concrete into it, vibrate for one minute, and make the bubbles in the concrete escape, then put the mould of the power cover plate into the concrete in the cool place, and then dismantle the mould after the cement solidifies to complete the whole production process.
